This Cookie Policy explains how Creative Current LLC (“Loftfolio,” “we,” “us”) uses cookies and similar tracking technologies when you visit our website at loftfolio.com or any subdomain hosted on our platform.
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the website function properly, remember your preferences, and provide analytics to improve your experience.
These cookies are necessary for our website to function. They keep you signed in to your agency dashboard and remember the cookie choice you made, so we do not have to ask again. You cannot opt out of these cookies as the website would not work without them.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use www.loftfolio.com, such as which pages are viewed. It sets the analytics cookies listed below. It runs only if you choose “Accept analytics” in the cookie banner, and it does not run on agency websites hosted on our platform. If you later change your choice to “Essential only”, it stops and its cookies are removed.
We use the Meta Pixel to measure whether our ads on Facebook and Instagram lead to people signing up or subscribing. It runs only if you turn on “Marketing” (or choose “Accept all”) in the cookie banner, only on www.loftfolio.com's marketing and signup pages, never on agency websites or inside the app, and never if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal. It tells Meta which of those pages you viewed and whether you started or finished signing up; it does not read what you type into the signup form. Meta may also use this to decide which ads to show you, under its own privacy policy. If you later turn marketing off, it stops and its cookies are removed.
These cookies remember a choice you made so the next step works as you expect. We set one: if you pick a plan before creating an account, we remember that plan for an hour so checkout starts on the right one.

When you first visit our website, you will see a cookie consent banner. Optional analytics are rejected by default until you accept them, so nothing optional runs while the banner is still open or if you dismiss it.
Your choice is stored in the loftfolio_cookie_consent cookie for 12 months. You can change it at any time using the “Cookie settings” button in the footer.
You can control and manage cookies in your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies. Please note that blocking essential cookies may affect website functionality.
Supabase provides the authentication cookie listed above. Google provides the Google Analytics cookies listed above, which are set only if you accept analytics. Payments are handled by Stripe on pages hosted at stripe.com, so any cookies Stripe sets are set there, on its own domain, and not on loftfolio.com.
Meta provides the marketing cookies listed above, which are set only if you turn on marketing. Apart from the Meta Pixel, we do not use advertising cookies or share cookie data with advertising networks, and we send nothing to Meta about anyone who has not turned marketing on.
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page with an updated date.
