Questions

I’m a landlord, not an agency. Is it for me?: Yes. If you let your own properties and more people apply than you can keep track of in your messages, it is the same problem. Use your own name or your company’s as the site name.
Is there a free trial?: No, and no free plan. The demo agency is the trial: use it the way an applicant would, then decide. If it is not for you in the first 30 days, email hello@loftfolio.com and we refund your first payment. No call, no form.
Does it collect rent, do leases or screen tenants?: No. Keep your accounting or property-management software for the rent, and your screening or referencing provider for the checks. Loftfolio is the front door: the site, the applicants and the viewings.
Does it put my listings on Zillow, Rightmove or Trade Me?: No. Keep listing there, and reply to the inquiries they send you with your listing’s own link. People apply there, and from then on each one is a single record, on a site where your properties do not sit next to anyone else’s.
What if I only need it for the busy season?: Use it for as long as you need and stop from the billing page. There is no contract or notice period, and your website stays online with your published properties on it.
What does it cost outside the US?: The same everywhere, charged in US dollars and excluding any sales tax or VAT. Your listings can show your own currency, in square feet or square meters.
